As a returning trainer, I was asked to develop a training series for direct service providers, court personnel, magistrates, and judges to raise awareness of racial disparities impacting court involvement, sentencing, referrals, and placement, resulting in transformational shifts in policies and practices.
Trumball Correctional Institute
I was approached by the Warden to create a mentorship program that incarcerated men could implement to promote a healthy culture, positive engagement, and a reduction in negative incidents.
